If you were not already aware, there is an Organisational Chart posted on the noticeboard inside the clubhouse. This chart details all the posts and positions required to run the club smoothly and your participation in assisting with this would be greatly appreciated.
Please let Craig Mitchell know if you are interested in taking on any of the roles on the chart by sending him an email to craig808@btinternet.com with Organisational Posts as the subject of your mail.
The committee posts on the chart will be voted on at the AGM in May and ALL club members are invited to attend and have their vote on who is allowed to take up which position. It is YOUR chance to have a say in the running of the club and it is very important that we have as large a turnout from the players, staff, coaches, parents, guardians and volunteers as we can.
ALL positions need to be filled in order for the club to run smoothly and to move forward from its current position.
Please also be aware that the post of President has traditionally been appointed to a successor sourced by the outgoing president. David Thom has intimated that it is his intention to stand down as president and he would prefer the new president to be appointed by the club. With this in mind, please also send any nominations for the post of club president to Craig Mitchell by sending him an email to craig808@btinternet.com with Presidential Nomination as the subject.
Please bear in mind that nominations for president must be made with the nominees consent.
