AUTUMN TEST TICKETS 2008

Scottish Rugby is delighted to announce details of three thrilling Bank of Scotland Corporate Autumn Tests to be played throughout November 2008.

In addition to the prospect of plenty of fast-paced rugby, the series will also play a crucial part in determining Scotland’s opponents in the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, as world rankings at the end of November 2008 will shape the draw. Providing a spectacular opening to the Bank of Scotland Corporate Autumn Tests will be Scotland v New Zealand, kicking off at Murrayfield on Saturday 8 November at 5.15pm.

And thegreat news is that Scottish Rugby is actually lowering ticket prices for this visit of the All Blacks! When New Zealand toured these shores in 2005 the top price ticket for their meeting with Scotland was £60, while at the Rugby World Cup last September the highest priced ticket was almost three times that; this November that top price is cut to £50 (£25 for U18s). Tickets will also be available at £20 and £30 with corresponding reductions for U18s at £10 and £15.

Following on from that encounter the excitement just grows, as Scotland then takes on current Webb Ellis World Cup holders, South Africa on Saturday 15 November at 2.30pm.

Ticket pricing for the Murrayfield meeting with the mighty Boks will mirror that for New Zealand – in addition, all students in full-time education can access the U18 reductions. 

Rounding off the series, on Saturday 22 November, Scotland will face the physical Canadians – and we’ll be out for revenge, having lost narrowly the last time we played them in Vancouver in 2002. Venue and ticket details for this fixture will be announced shortly. In line with our clear policy on how much we value our member clubs, we have set aside a selection of seats to meet all your requirements.

- Excellent seating allocations will be held for clubs
