Garioch RFC training is on a Tuesday and Thursday night, at Kellands park, under the guidance of our coaches Mitch Craig & Hugh Palmer.

Mitch is our Head coach and an experience UKCC Level 2 Coach, formally from Sunny Cost Stingrays . Hugh hails from Wagga Wagga NSW. Austrailia with a wealth of experience coaching youth rugby and playing for Wagga Waratahs.   

Mitch & Hugh want everyone there at 6.30pm for a 7.00pm START!!  For those in doubt, that means ready to run/catch/pass/ruck/maul etc, etc. 

Mitch asks you bring trainers, towel, boots, warm kit and LOTS OF WATER.  Please also bring along as many new (or old!) players as you can.
